Sightseeing Pass, LLC (doing business as "Sightseeing Pass") has an ongoing
commitment to achieving high levels of satisfaction for all aspects of its
customers' online experiences. As part of these efforts, Sightseeing Pass
is dedicated to offering a quality online experience at its website
www.sightseeingpass.com (the
"Website") to customers with disabilities that is equal to that provided to

to the Website, Sightseeing Pass has committed to the Website being designed,
