Everything worked out well for us. You simply have to pay attention to the details. To see the Empire State Building, for example, you still have to reserve a timed entry ticket, but they provide directions on how to do this. Note also … More

We were wary of activating the 2 day pass, but planned our visits out and went for it. Glad we did - doing the Big Bus Tour and the Circle Line Cruise, visiting 9/11, the Empire State Building, the Museum of Broadway, the Top of the … More

Excellent source of an itinerary to get you around New York. Found the app a little frustrating at times in the way that you couldn’t ‘search’ for a particular place, you could only view in the ‘categories’ area. Recommend the pass … More

It was a great idea to get this pass, we bought it for 3 days and we managed to squeeze in a lot of attractions. There is a big variety of attractions to choose from, so for someone visiting NYC for the first time it is perfect. Very easy … More

I purchased a two day pass but only used 1 day and didn't buy the insurance. It was just too hot to tour the city during our stay. It was a great way to see the entire city via the bus. We would have missed most of the city due to the heat … More

Definitely glad we had the 3-day flexible sightseeing pass. We saw so much in that time and saved money. Without this pass, we probably wouldn't have paid to do some of the things on the list that were available like Radio City Music Hall … More

I booked the pass for 4 different attractions. Indeed it saves time and money as well. Easy to book and easy to upgrade at an attraction when required.

Use of the pass was easy, with clear instructions for each attraction which we wanted to visit, but you do need to read ahead and plan to ensure you've booked in advance where necessary. It's well worth obtaining as the savings can be significant versus the "on the door" prices.

We liked the variety of sightseeing options including a ride from LGA airport and BigBus hop on/off tours. Be aware that NYC is big and a lot of walking so visiting all the sights you planned may be hard to see. We did a 6 attraction pass … More

Absolutely brilliant! It worked flawlessly. We used ours for the bus tour, circle line cruise and the Edge and it all worked without a hitch. I expected people to look at me blank faced and have to get their managers over to help ‘put it … More

My Husband and I were in NYC for 7 days. We purchased a 12 activity pass but only managed to get to and use 10 activities in the 7 days. The passes worked really well and we had no dramas. As the pass worked so well in NYC we bought a bus … More

The pass was very useful and we enjoyed lots of attractions in 3 days pass. However, main major attraction was removed from list which was there when I booked. That was disappointing. Overall, good experience. But Go City Pass in other cities was better option.
