What is The Sightseeing Pass?

The Sightseeing Pass is designed to help you save money when visiting the best attractions in 15 cities around the world. The Sightseeing Pass allows you relax in the knowledge that all your experiences already paid for – there’s no hidden, unexpected, extra costs. You are able to plan your trip before you arrive by creating itineraries on our app, helping you choose the best Pass type that suits you and even be able to skip some queues at certain attractions.

What are the ages for a Child Pass?

A Child Pass is for ages 3-12.

What happens if I lose my Pass?

When you receive your email with your Passes, make sure to download your Passes onto your phone or simply download our app. With the app, your Passes will be automatically downloaded and you will have them on your mobile device.

How can I contact The Sightseeing Pass?

Are there any special offers included with the Pass?

Yes. Visit the "Special Offers" section on our website under the "Attractions and Tours" tab and you will see all of the discounts and special offers that you get with The Sightseeing Pass.

Using The Sightseeing Pass

How do I activate my Sightseeing Pass?

Your Sightseeing Pass becomes activated the first time it is used for admission.

How do I use my Pass at attractions?

Simply present your digital Pass or pre-booked ticket at each attraction. They will then scan it and you will be set to go. Redemption varies for each attraction and some require you to book in advance.

Can I visit same attraction more than once?

No. Passes are only valid at each attraction once.

All my passes are under one name, will that be a problem?

No, that is absolutely fine.

Can I upgrade my pass?

Yes, if you decide to upgrade your pass, prior to using it, you may call 1-844-400-PASS to do so.

Do I have to make reservations at every attraction?

Many, but not all of our attractions require reservations. Please refer to the individual attraction pages on our website or app for specific booking and entry information. Making a reservation will not activate your Pass. Your Sightseeing Pass must still be valid when you arrive. Expired Passes will not be accepted.

Digital Pass

What is the digital Pass?

Our Passes are now easily accessible by being able to access them digitally on your mobile phone or tablet.

How do I get my Pass?

After you complete your purchase your passes will automatically appear in your account. You can add them to your Apple/Android wallet or print them. We will also send you an email confirmation with a link to your Pass(es). You can also access them directly with The Sightseeing Pass app. Once you log into your account, your Pass will automatically download to your device.

How do I register to make an account?

At the top of each page on the website, you will see a Sign In link. Simply click the link and click Register. Fill in the information on the left hand-side and click register. Now, your account has been created. You may also register and make an account in our Sightseeing Pass app.

How do I use this Pass on my mobile?

Simply load the Sightseeing Passes are loaded onto your device via your wallet or app and show this at each attraction you visit.

My log in for the app isn’t working. What should I do?

If you are having difficulties logging into the app, click the forgot password link. That will then direct you to a webpage the will help you change your password.

Can you ship my Passes to me?

We only offer Digital Passes at this time.

Can I use the confirmation email to enter attractions?

No, you will need to present either a Digital Sightseeing Pass or a print-out of your Sightseeing Pass to gain entry to attractions.

Purchasing

Where can I purchase my Pass?

You can purchase The Sightseeing Pass by navigating to the Buy Now section of either our website or our mobile app.

Why do I have to select a travel date?

We ask you for a start date when purchasing so we can alert you to new additions and other important information before and during your trip.

How do I use a promo code?

Enter the code in the “promo code” box, which can be found at the bottom of the Buy Now section of our website and app.

Do you offer group discounts?

Yes, we do offer group discounts. For group orders of 15 Passes or more please contact us using the Contact Us link within the footer of our website.

I have paid but have not yet received my confirmation email. What should I do?

Your Passes should automatically appear within your account on our website and app. Please ensure you are signed in using the same email with which you used to purchase. Should your Passes not be appearing please contact customer services via the Contact Us link within the footer of our website.

What is your refund policy?

Unused passes that were purchased with our insurance can be fully refunded, minus the cost of insurance, no questions asked. Once a pass has been used, neither full nor partial refunds will be possible. If you do not purchase insurance, then you will not be able to get a refund. You can activate a refund via your account section on our website.

How far in advance can I buy the Pass?

You have 12 months from the date of purchase to activate your Sightseeing Passes.

FLEX Pass

How does the Sightseeing FLEX Pass work?

With the FLEX Pass, you select the number of attractions that you would like to see. Your FLEX Pass is valid for 60 days from activation at your first attraction visit.

How long is The Sightseeing FLEX Pass valid for?

Your Sightseeing FLEX Pass will be valid for 60 consecutive days from the time it is activated.

How many attractions can I visit?

You may visit the amount of attractions you selected when you purchased your Sightseeing FLEX Pass.

For most cities, we offer free downloadable pdf maps and guides filled with important information about the city.

What is Fast Track Entry?

Fast Track allows Pass holders to access an attraction via an exclusive line or entry point. Look for the Fast Track symbol on the attraction page of our website.
